Changes to Amazon Newsstand
Effective March 9, 2023, Amazon stopped selling new subscriptions of Print and Kindle magazines and newspapers.
You can no longer subscribe to magazines or newspapers through Amazon. Amazon is no longer offering individual subscriptions. To explore possible subscription options, please visit the periodical's Publisher Offer details page.
Kindle Newsstand
After the end of Kindle Newsstand subscriptions, you can still:
- Access select Kindle magazine subscriptions as part of a Kindle Unlimited membership.
- Continue to access issues for your Kindle Newsstand subscription that were previously delivered to your Kindle App (iOS / Android) and e-reader library.
- Download past issues to your Kindle library on the web:
- In your web browser, go to and log into your Amazon account.
- Select the Content tab, and then select either Magazine or Newspaper.
- Locate the title that you want and select Deliver Past Issue.
Print Newsstand
After the end of Print Newsstand subscriptions, you can still:
- Continue to receive Print Newsstand subscriptions, including gift subscriptions, that extend past March 2024. If your subscription term extends beyond March 2024, you'll receive any remaining issues of the subscription you purchased on Amazon.
