Can't Find My Ubisoft Game in Luna

If you have trouble using Luna to play PC (Digital) titles that you purchased from Luna or the Ubisoft store, try these steps.

  1. Go to the Luna Library or Luna Ubisoft Store and verify that the game is part of Luna’s catalog.
  2. Verify that you:
    • Have an active Luna+ or Amazon Prime subscription.
    • Linked your Amazon Luna account to your Ubisoft account.
    • Own the PC (Digital) version of the game purchased through Luna or the Ubisoft Store.
    • Activated the PC version of the game through Ubisoft Connect.
    • Didn’t buy the game from Steam.

  5. Relink your Luna and Ubisoft accounts.
