Manage Multiple Notebook Pages on Kindle Scribe
To multiselect notebook pages and perform bulk actions, use Select in the top toolbar of the notebooks overview. You can also long-press on notebook pages.
To open notebook overview, select the multipage icon 
in the top toolbar. While in multiselect view, all the pages that you select show a checkmark in their top-left corner.
- To add a page after the selected page, select Add in the top toolbar. If you have multiple pages selected, this feature adds a page after every selected page. You can also add a page after the last notebook page using the large plus page-like icon
. - To delete selected pages, use Delete in the top toolbar.
- To move selected pages, use Move. To place them, select the vertical lines between any two pages.
- To share selected pages, use Share. You can choose to share the currently selected pages, or the entire notebook.
- You can share your handwritten notes as is. The email sent contains a PDF with your notes attached.
- You can also convert your handwritten notes to text and share them. The email sent contains a TXT file, along with a PDF of your handwritten notes.
On Kindle Scribe models released in 2025 and later:
- To create a duplicate of any selected page, use Duplicate in the top toolbar.
- To move a page or a copy of a page to another notebook, use Move in the top toolbar.
