Fire TV Smart TV Won't Turn On

Try putting new batteries in your remote, securing your cable connections, and checking your power source.

Try turning on your Fire TV Smart TV after following each of these tips:

Replace the batteries in your remote.
Use the power cable and the HDMI cable included with your Fire TV Smart TV.
Check all cord connections to ensure that they are secure.
Unplug the power cord from your Fire TV Smart TV or wall outlet for at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Try connecting another device to the same power outlet your Fire TV Smart TV uses. If neither device is working, then try connecting to a power outlet on a different wall.
