WARNING - CABLE - STRANGULATION HAZARD. To avoid risk of tripping or strangulation, plug device into the closest available outlet, keep the cord as short as possible, and do not allow any excess wiring to dangle onto the ground. Ensure that the power cable is away from sharp, hot, or moving objects such as other cookware and kitchen appliances. Power cables should also be kept clear of food preparation surfaces where knives and utensils are handled.

WARNING: If you mount this device on a wall, follow the instructions exactly as set out in the instructions provided with the wall mount. If it is not correctly mounted, the device may slide or fall and cause injury to a child or adult and damage to the device. Make sure to use only screws and other hardware included with the mounting kit.
If you install this device on a wall, do not drill or screw into any wires or pipes contained in the wall. Doing so could cause potential hazards or property damage.
Install device only on a flat wall or surface.
Your device has four mounting slots on the back. If you attach a wall-mount bracket to the back of your device, the bracket must be securely attached using all four holes. If you do not use all four mounting holes, your device may fall and cause property damage or personal injury. See the documentation that came with your wall mount for complete mounting instructions.

BATTERY SAFETY
This remote contains alkaline batteries. The remote requires batteries for use. Only use new 1.5V alkaline or 1.2 NiMH rechargeable AAA-sized batteries. Never mix old and new batteries. Keep all of the batteries out of the reach of children. If any batteries begin to leak, take steps to prevent the fluid from coming into direct contact with skin or clothes as the fluid could be corrosive and may be toxic. Remove the batteries and clean the battery compartment in accordance with the battery manufacturer's recommendations.

Do not expose your device or adapter to liquids. If your device or adapter gets wet, carefully unplug all cables without getting your hands wet and wait for the device and adapter to dry completely before plugging them in again. Do not attempt to dry your device or adapter with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or a hair dryer. If the device or adapter appear damaged, discontinue use immediately. Use only accessories supplied with the device to power your device.
Only handle your Device with clean hands. Clean the Device by unplugging it and using a soft cloth that is slightly damp with water and a touch of rubbing alcohol; be careful not to wipe it with anything abrasive or to use any harsh chemicals. After cleaning, wait for the Device to dry completely before plugging it in again.
Don't expose your Device to steam, extreme heat or cold. For example, do not install your Device near any heat sources such as space heaters, heater vents, radiators, stoves, or other things that produce heat. Use your Device in a location where temperatures remain within the Device's operating temperature range set forth in this guide. Your Device may get warm during normal use. To reduce the effect of the warming, place your Device on a heat resistant surface
Use of third party accessories may impact your Device's performance. In limited circumstances, use of third party accessories may void your Device's limited warranty. Read all safety instructions for any accessories before using with your Device.
Your Device does not have an on/off button. If you wish to stop power from flowing into your Device, unplug the power adapter. Only use the included power adapter with your Device. Do not force the power adapter into a power outlet. If the power adapter or cable appears damaged, discontinue use immediately. Do not plug multiple electric devices into the same wall socket. Overloading a socket can cause it to overheat and may result in a fire.
Certain wooden surfaces may diffuse oils after prolonged contact with an electronic device with a silicon base like your Device. This may result in marks on the wooden surface. Remove your Device from the wooden surface to allow the marks to disappear. If marks persist, clean and oil the wooden surface based on the manufacturer’s instructions.
If your Alexa Voice Remote gets wet, use rubber gloves to remove the batteries and wait for the remote to dry completely before re-inserting the batteries. Do not attempt to dry your devices with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or hair dryer. Do not drop, throw, disassemble, crush, bend, puncture, or paint your Alexa Voice Remote.
Install your power adapter into an easily accessible socket-outlet located near the equipment that will be plugged into, or powered by, the adapter.
When this device is plugged into an electrical socket-outlet, unplugging this device will disconnect it from the AC mains supply. Only plug this device into an easily accessible socket-outlet. Devices with a power cord must be located near the socket-outlet.
