Update Parental Controls on Your Alexa Tablet

Alexa Tablet requires a Parent controls PIN to access parental controls. Parent controls PIN is different from the device screen lock pin.

To update Parent controls PIN on Alexa Tablet:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Parental controls.
3. Select Manage your PIN.
4. Select Change PIN or Delete PIN based on your preference.
