Manage Your Devices through Device Health under MYCD

The Device Health section gives you the tools to keep your connected devices running smoothly and efficiently.

Manage Your Content and Devices (MYCD) includes a Device Health section where you can monitor and maintain your connected devices. Here you'll find tools to:

  • Check device status
  • Run diagnostics
  • Solve common problems (issues related to connectivity, registration, payments)
  • Track device performance.

Get a Summary of Your Device

  1. Go to Devices and select your device.
  2. The Device Summary page gives you an overview information for your device, including its connection status, firmware version, and any active alerts.

Investigate Individual Device Details

  1. Select a specific device in the overview to go to the Device Details page.
  2. View information about the device, such as:
    • Specifications and configuration
    • Real-time sensor readings and metrics
    • Connectivity status
    • Data Storage and Battery Health
    • Software update status.
  3. Use the available actions to remotely reboot the device or trigger a firmware update if needed.
