Manage Apps on Your Alexa Tablet

Install, uninstall, and manage apps on your Alexa Tablet.

To install & uninstall apps:

  1. Tap on Google Play Store and download the preferred app.
  2. To uninstall:
    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select Apps.
    3. Choose the app and select Uninstall.
    4. Confirm when prompted.
Note: Preinstalled apps can't be removed, but can be organized on your home screen. If the app isn't working, try clearing the app's cache and data.

Manage Apps:

To force stop an app:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Apps, then select the app you wish to manage.
  3. Select Force Stop.
