Dolby Atmos or DTS:X Not Working on Fire TV Soundbar Plus

To play Dolby Atmos or DTS:X audio, first connect your soundbar to your TV's HDMI-ARC or e-ARC port.

Try the following:

  1. Connect the soundbar to your TV's HDMI-ARC or e-ARC port.
    Note: Bluetooth and optical connections don't support Dolby Atoms, DTS:X and multi-channel audio formats.
  2. Use the included high-speed HDMI cable.
  3. Verify the audio format your soundbar is receiving.
    1. Press and hold the Input button on your soundbar remote for 10 seconds.
      Your soundbar announces the audio format it's receiving.
Fire TV Soundbar Plus displays three green LEDs when it detects Dolby Atmos content.
