Install Apps from Amazon Kids+ Store

Install apps from Amazon Kids+ Store on your Amazon Kids Tablet.

The Amazon Kids+ Store lets your child browse and install age-appropriate apps, books, TV shows, movies, and more, all from within their profile. Search results and recommendations are automatically tailored to your child's age, so they only see content that's right for them.

How your child can request app:

  1. On a Child Profile, swipe left on home screen to access Amazon Kids+.
  2. Choose preferred content or app.
  3. Select to install or purchase content.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to send approval request to a parent.
    Note: A request is sent to an Amazon registered email to review.
  5. A notification will be received on the child profile when a parent approves or rejects the request.

When your child requests an app or content, here's what happens:

  1. You'll receive an email notification at the email address registered to your Amazon account.
  2. Review the request and choose to approve or reject it.
  3. Your child will receive a notification on their profile once you've made a decision.
