Echo Buds (2021 release, 2nd gen) Aren't Pairing with a New iOS Device
If your Echo Buds aren't pairing with your iOS device, try these steps:
- Unpair Echo Buds from your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
- Open Your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
- Select your Echo Buds and Forget This Device.
- Remove Echo Buds from your Alexa account.
- Open the Alexa app.
- Select Devices, then All Devices.
- If your Echo Buds are listed, select them and Deregister.
- Factory Reset Your Echo Buds.
- Restart your mobile device.
Tip: If your Echo Buds still won't pair after these steps, change the language in your iOS settings, follow pairing steps, then return to the original language.
