Amazon Luna Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to PC Games pre-ordered through Amazon Luna before their Release Date. The "Release Date" is the date a pre-ordered PC Game becomes available to download and access from the linked third party game store.

Pre-Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your pre-order of a PC Game at any time before its Release Date and receive a full refund to your original payment method if you have not redeemed or claimed any portion of your pre-order. For example, if your pre-order bundle included digital content that you have already redeemed, your pre-order will be ineligible for cancellation.

• To cancel your pre-order, visit Your Account or contact Amazon Customer Service.

• Your pre-order cancellation and refund will be processed within a few business days, depending on your payment method.

After the Release Date

• After the Release Date, the purchase becomes final. We do not accept any returns or refund requests, except as expressly stated in Amazon's Digital Products Return Policy.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel pre-orders in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Pre-order cancellations may be limited or restricted where required by applicable law.
• This policy applies only to PC Games pre-ordered directly through Amazon Luna. Pre-orders made through other sellers or platforms are subject to their respective policies.
• Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings given in the Amazon Luna Terms of Use.
