Can't Find My GOG Game in Luna

If you have trouble using Luna to play titles that you purchased from Luna or the GOG store, try these steps.

If you're trying to access one of the following games on Amazon Luna, please follow these steps:

The Witcher Enhanced Edition or The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

  1. Go to the Luna Library or

    Luna GOG Store

    and verify that the game is part of Luna’s catalog.
  2. Verify that you:
    • Have an active Luna+ or Amazon Prime subscription.
    • Linked your Amazon Luna account to your GOG account.
    • Own the PC (Digital) version of the game purchased through Luna or the GOG Store.
    • Didn’t buy the game from Steam.
    • Verify that the games weren’t previously purchased on GOG.
  3. Try relinking your Luna and GOG accounts.

For all other game titles:

  1. Check that the game is in your GOG catalog.
  2. Verify that you:
    • Have an active Luna+ or Amazon Prime subscription.
    • Linked your Amazon Luna account to your GOG account.
    • Own the game in your personal purchase history.
    • Didn’t buy the game from Steam.
  3. Try relinking your Luna and GOG accounts.
Note:
  • At launch, the entire library of GOG games won’t be available on Luna. However, you can play some popular games like Stardew Valley, Witcher 2, and Cuphead. Luna will continue expanding its selection of games from GOG store, bringing you more titles to choose from.

    for the latest.
  • To play games redeemed with a Free Game with Prime offer using your GOG account:
    • The game must be available to play on Luna.
    • You need to use the same GOG account where you redeemed the game that you use to play on Luna.
