Issues Using GameNight
If you're having issues with your GameNight session, try these troubleshooting steps.
Lost connection to the game
If you're the host, try creating a new code:
- Open the main menu or the pause screen.
- Scan the QR code that appears on the screen with your phone or tablet camera.
- Select the link to be reconnected to the game.
Phone Controller Issue
If your phone controller doesn't load after scanning the game QR code, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Update your iPhone to iOS26.
- Download the Luna Controller app.
- Update to the latest version of the Luna Controller app and try again.
Issue loading the game lobby code page
If you're unable to access the game lobby code page (for example, playluna.tv, taboo.msg.ag) from the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Select Request Mobile Website on the Page Menu or Page Settings in previous iOS versions,
- Try to access the lobby again.
