Add Photos for Product Returns

We may ask you to share photos of a damaged, defective, or broken item to review the issue.

To replace or refund a product, we may ask for photos to help us review the issue. Make sure that the defect is clearly shown in the image.

Images you share will only be used to solve your immediate issue and to improve the experience of our customers. Please ensure that you do not share any personal images.

Image Requirements

Images should meet the following criteria:

  • The file format of the image should be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
  • PDFs are not accepted.
  • The total size of all attached images can't exceed 25 MB.
  • You can add a maximum of five images.
  • Ensure that the images are clearly visible.
  • For damaged cell phones, laptops, and tablets, include the serial number and IMEI numbers in the image.
