Add Photos for a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item

We may ask you to share photos of a damaged, defective, or broken item to investigate the issue.

To replace or refund a damaged, defective, or broken item, we may ask for photos to help us investigate the issue. For a damaged product, make sure that the damage is clearly shown in the image.

Images you share will only be used to solve your immediate issue and to improve the quality of our Customer Service. We ask that you only share the exact image requested by us. Don't send any personal photographs.

To upload an image, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Your Orders and select the order.
  2. Select Return and Replace Items with an appropriate return reason code.
  3. Select Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Select Add Photos and choose the image files from your device to be uploaded.
  5. Select Call me to contact us.

You can add a maximum of five images of the issue.

Image Requirements

Images should meet the following criteria:

  • The file format of the image should be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
  • PDFs are not accepted.
  • The total size of all attached images can't exceed 25 MB.
  • The item should be in focus. Don't upload dark, blurry, or shaky images.
  • For damaged cell phones, laptops, and tablets, include the serial number and IMEI numbers in the image.
