Mount Your Echo Auto (2nd Gen)

Use the adhesive mount included with your Echo Auto to mount the device inside your car.

Important: Mount your Echo Auto on a hard, durable surface away from direct airflow of vents so Alexa can hear you clearly. Avoid placing the device where it will interfere with operation of the vehicle or the driver's vision. Don't mount the device on soft plastic, leather, or fabric.
  1. Identify the mount placement.
  2. Clean the selected surface with the included cleaning pad.
  3. Peel the plastic off of the adhesive and firmly press the mount onto the surface for 30 seconds.
  4. Attach your Echo Auto to the mount using the magnet on the back of the device.
  5. Place your Echo Auto speaker module and cable where they don't interfere with safe operation of the vehicle.
  6. Use the cable wrap to secure the cable.

Tip: If you need to move or remove the mount, clean the area with a household adhesive remover, then follow steps 1-6.
