Troubleshoot Fingerprint Access for your Fire Max 11
What to do if your fingerprint ID feature stops working.
If you're having trouble using fingerprint access:
- Try swiping up on the screen after it turns on.
- Check which profile the tablet is on. If it's not yours, ask the profile owner to sign in and switch profiles.
If your fingerprint still isn't working:
- Use your PIN or Password to sign in to your tablet.
- Open Settings.
- Select Security & Privacy.
- Select Fingerprint Unlock.
- Enter your PIN or Password again.
- Tap the trash can icon to delete existing fingerprints.
- Tap the + button to recreate your fingerprint.
