How to browse Amazon Photos using accessibility features
- Use the zoom feature and large font support built into your browsers: Please refer to your browser documentation for help on how to use these features. On mobile, you may also use pinch to zoom feature to enlarge the contents on a page.
- Keyboard Shortcuts can be used when viewing a single photo in Amazon Photos. Use the right and left arrow keys to move between photos and press "f" to favorite.
- Tips for screen readers: Pages are structured to be navigated by headings and landmarks. Use your screen reader quick navigation commands or gestures for headings to navigate to relevant sections. Please refer to your screen reader's documentation for help on these commands and gestures.

How Amazon Photos works
Amazon Photos provides online storage. Safekeeping your photos and videos in the cloud keeps them secure, even if your devices (and the pictures in them) are lost or destroyed. As a Prime member, you get unlimited photo storage and 5 GB for video. All Amazon customers have 5 GB of photo and video storage. With storage plans, you can secure more photos and videos while also freeing up space on your mobile phone. You can pay as you go and cancel anytime.
How Amazon Photos is designed
Pages across Amazon Photos are designed to support navigation using a keyboard, screen reader, speech recognition, or other assistive technologies. Most pages on our website support zooming up to 200% without layout issues. Amazon Photos is compatible with all modern browsers and assistive technologies including Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Edge as well as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and Talkback. You can browse and navigate Amazon Photos using switch devices, braille displays, voice navigation tools, etc. Amazon Photos is built using a combination of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and native iOS and Android applications and it leverages operating system and device level APIs to support assistive technologies in ways customers are familiar with.
How we make Amazon Photos accessible
Amazon Photos is subject to accessibility requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services , known as the European Accessibility Act. We work backwards from the needs of all our customers to deliver equitable experiences. As such, our approach is informed by multiple accessibility guidelines and industry best practices, including, for example, the EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Level AA.
