Clear App Cache and Data on Your Alexa Tablet

Clear app data and cache on your Alexa tablet to resolve intermittent app issues or fix any low storage messages that appear on-screen.

To clear app cache and data:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select the app you want to manage.
4. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
