You can link different third-party services to Alexa+. Just ask and Alexa helps you connect those services.
After you place an order or book a service through Alexa+, you'll receive a confirmation email from the service provider. Emails go to the email address associated with your Amazon account.
If you've used Alexa to make a purchase from a third-party service, and you have questions or need help, you will need to contact the company directly. You can find their contact details in the email confirming your purchase, or on their website.
