If restarting doesn't solve the issue, try resetting your device:
- Say, "Go to settings," or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings
.
- Select Device Options.
- Select About the Device.
- Select Reset to Factory Defaults.
- To resolve most device issues, select Reset to Factory Defaults, but retain Smart Home Device Connections.
- To clear all device settings, including deregistering the Echo Hub from your Amazon account, select Reset to Factory Defaults.
- After the device resets, follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Echo Hub.
