Can't Find My EA Game in Luna
If you have trouble using Luna to play titles that you purchased from EA, try these steps.
If you're trying to access one of the following games on Amazon Luna, please follow these steps:
- Use Luna Search to verify that the game is part of Luna's catalog.
- Verify that you:
- Have an active Luna+ subscription or Prime membership.
- Linked your Amazon Luna account to your EA Account.
- Own the game purchased through EA.
- Relink your Luna and EA accounts.
Note: At launch, the entire library of EA games won’t be available on Luna. However, you can play some popular games like EA Sports FC 25, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and Need for Speed: Unbound. Luna will continue expanding its selection of games from the EA store, bringing you more titles to choose from.
