Other Audio & On-screen Text Settings on Fire Tablet
Adjust the audio balance, convert sound from stereo to mono, and activate audio descriptions on Fire Tablet (FireOS 7 and higher)
To adjust audio and on-screen text settings on a Fire tablet:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Accessibility, and then select the desired feature.
Options include Audio Descriptions, Convert Stereo to Mono, and Audio Balance.
- Audio Descriptions: Provides a verbal depiction of key visual elements for movies and shows on Prime Video, where available.
- Convert Stereo to Mono: Makes all audio play through a single channel.
- Audio Balance: Adjusts stereo balance between left and right speakers.
