You can complete the initial device setup without a Wi-Fi connection. Some features require internet access and can only be available once you connect to Wi-Fi.

Complete Your Setup with Wi-Fi

To you skipped connecting to Wi-Fi during initial set up, you can complete the set up from Settings:

Sign in to Google	Settings > Google > Sign in
Activate Alexa	Settings > Alexa

Set up Backup and Restore	Settings > System > Backup
Create child profile	Settings > Parental Controls > Add child profile
