Switch Between Profiles on Amazon Kids Tablet

Learn how to switch between profiles on Amazon Kids Tablet.

Your Amazon Kids Tablet supports up to four child profiles. Each child gets their own personalized experience with age-appropriate content, apps, and screen-time settings tailored just for them.

There are two ways to switch between profiles:

  1. From the lock screen:
    1. Press the Power button to wake the device, then swipe to view the available profiles.
    2. Tap the name of the profile you'd like to switch to.
    3. Enter the device screen lock (PIN, password, or pattern) when prompted.
  2. From the Quick Access Menu:
    1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Access Menu.
    2. Tap the profile icon and select the profile you'd like to switch to.
    3. Enter the device screen lock (PIN, password, or pattern) when prompted.

Tip: If you're holding the tablet in portrait mode, you may need to swipe down on the notification bar to see the profile icon.
