Reset Your Prime Video Profile or Account PIN

If your need to change or reset your Profile / Account PIN, follow these steps.

To manage your Prime Video PIN, go to Your Profiles and follow the steps below:

To change your PIN:

  1. Click Edit profile and then click the profile you're updating.
  2. If prompted, enter your Amazon account password.
  3. On the Edit profile page, click the Manage button next to Profile / Account PIN and locks.
  4. On the Account / Profile PIN and locks page, click the Manage button next to Prime Video Account / Profile PIN.
  5. Enter a new PIN and then click Continue to confirm.

To reset a forgotten PIN:

  • Click Edit profile and then click the profile you'd like to reset the PIN for.
  • On the Enter Profile PIN screen, click Forgot PIN? and then click Continue.
  • If prompted, enter your Amazon account password.
  • On the Create Profile PIN screen, enter a new PIN and then click Continue.
