Find Your Alexa Voice Remote Pro
Can't find your Alexa Voice Remote Pro? Ask Alexa to help locate the missing remote, or use the Fire TV mobile app.
To be able to use the remote finder feature:
- Pair Alexa Voice Remote Pro with a compatible Fire TV or Echo Show device.
- Make sure to register your Alexa device and Fire TV or Echo Show to the same account.
- Make sure to keep your Alexa Voice Remote Pro within 30 ft (10 m) of the paired Fire TV or Echo Show.
- Turn on your paired Fire TV or Echo Show.
- Fire TV Smart TVs: Activate the setting Voice Commands When TV Screen is Off to use the feature while the TV screen is off.
- Fire TV Sticks: Make sure to connect the power cable to an outlet using the provided power adapter, not your TV's USB port. This allows the Remote Finder feature to work while the TV is off.
- Echo Show: Make sure to connect the power cable to an outlet using the provided power adapter.
To use the remote finder feature:
- Connect your Fire TV app to the same Fire TV or Echo Show as your Alexa Voice Remote Pro.
