Alexa Isn't Responding on Your Fire TV Cube

Try these steps if the device doesn't light up:

• Make sure that your device hears you: take it out of any enclosed spaces.
• Check if the device has power.
• Press the Action button then say your request.

Try these steps if the device lights up, but Alexa doesn't respond:

• Say, "I can't hear you." Alexa then routes responses to Fire TV Cube instead of a powered off TV or soundbar.
• Turn up the volume on Fire TV Cube with the + button.
• Check what Alexa heard by reviewing the voice history in the Alexa app: if necessary, repeat using slightly different words.
