View the status of your A-to-z Guaranteerefund claim in Your Orders.

To view the status of your A-to-z Guarantee, select Request refund next to the relevant order and navigate to the Refund request status. Go to

You'll receive an e-mail notification when our investigation is complete or if additional information is required.

All e-mail notifications related to your A-to-z Guarantee Refund request are also available in your Message Centre.
