Amazon Fresh stores are physical convenience grocery stores combining great prices, tasty food, and an easy and convenient shopping experience for customers. We created the world's most advanced shopping technology which we call Just Walk Out.

Our Amazon Fresh in-store shopping experience is made possible by the same types of technologies used in self-driving cars: computer vision, sensor fusion, and deep learning. Our Just Walk Out Technology automatically detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves, and keeps track of them in a virtual basket.

Customers enter the store, select items they wish to purchase and using the Amazon App to enjoy the convenience of skipping the checkout line. At select Amazon Fresh Stores, customers can either pay with the app, tap a payment card/mobile wallet* when they enter or exit, or at select stores scan your items at the self-checkout.

Amazon Fresh stores offer everything you'd want from a grocery convenience store, including a variety of food from everyday essentials such as seasonal fruit and vegetables and responsibly sourced British fresh meat, to freshly prepared sandwiches and meals, freshly baked bread and hot food served daily.
