Unlocking or Deregistering Your Device for Trade-In

Before sending us your trade-in, you must unlock or deregister your device from any cloud services.

Note: Ensure that you have done the following:
  1. Backed up and deleted all personal data on a device
  2. Performed a factory reset in order to remove any of your personal content from the applicable device before shipping
We wipe any data remaining on accepted items. If you leave a SIM card or similar data storage in a device, we'll destroy it on acceptance of the item.
