Which Music Services are Available on Alexa?
You can use Alexa to play music from popular streaming services.
Purchased Amazon Music
You can access your Amazon Music Library with an Alexa device registered to your Amazon account.
Prime Music
Eligible Prime members can access millions of songs ad-free and at no additional cost.
Amazon Music Unlimited
Subscribers can access millions of songs and customizable playlists ad-free with the following plans:
- Individual Plan
- Family Plan
- Student Plan
- Single Device Plan
Note: The Amazon Music Unlimited Single Device Plan supports pairing a single Echo device with Echo Sub in a sub pair. Speaker sets or multi-room music aren't supported with the Individual Plan or Single Device Plan.
Other Music Services
Available streaming services for your country are listed in the Alexa app. Some music services require you to first link an existing account or subscription to your Amazon account or your Alexa Profile.
Link Services to Your Alexa Profile
If multiple people share your Alexa device, each person can link their own music account to their Alexa Profile. When Alexa recognizes your voice, it plays from your Alexa Profile-linked music service account.
