Reset Your Echo Auto

If your Echo Auto is unresponsive, or you want to erase your device settings, factory reset your device.

1. Press the Mute button and then hold down the Action button for 15 seconds until Alexa says that your device is resetting.
2. Wait for the light bar to pulse orange and then complete setup again.
3. Unpair or Forget your Echo Auto from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
   1. Open your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
   2. Select your Echo Auto and Unpair (Android) or Forget Device (iOS).
4. Remove your Echo Auto in the Alexa App.
   1. Open the Alexa app.
   2. Select Devices .
   3. If your Echo Auto is listed, select it and Forget Device.
