How Do I Turn Doorbell Live View On or Off?

Use the Alexa app to turn Doorbell Live View on or off.

If the doorbell announcement setting isn't on by default:

  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Select Devices .
  3. Select your doorbell camera, then Settings.
  4. Turn Doorbell Press Announcements on or off.
Tip: If you have issues accessing the feature, turn Doorbell Press Announcement off and on again.
Note: To temporarily silence all announcements, turn on Do Not Disturb.
