Find Missing Photos and Videos

If you don't find your saved or uploaded photos in Amazon Photos, try these troubleshooting steps.

  • Check that you are connected to the right account by signing out and signing back in.
  • Confirm that there is available storage space.
  • Check that your photos meet the file requirements, and have been uploaded successfully.
  • Check if photos or videos were deleted. (Web browser only)
  • Check if Auto-Save is activated on Amazon Photos for mobile.
  • Check if the Backup option is activated on Amazon Photos for desktop.
