Calendar Isn't Syncing with Alexa

Calendar event is missing or the event time is incorrect.

  • Verify that the correct calendar is linked in the Alexa app.
  • Sign into your calendar account and check that the event is on your calendar.
  • If the event time is incorrect: check that your calendar account and Alexa device are set to the correct time zones. Use the Alexa app to check the time zone for your device.
  • For iCloud calendars: make sure that your device's calendar app is synced to iCloud.
