Return Unredeemed Kindle Book Gift Orders

Request a refund for unredeemed Kindle books within days of purchase.

Note: Orders delivered to the receiver or redeemed by the receiver are not eligible for return.
  1. Go to Your Orders and sign in with the same Amazon account information you used to purchase your content.
  2. Locate your order or title and select Return unredeemed books. All unredeemed copies will be returned.
  3. Select your reason for return, and then Submit.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase and usually completed within business days.
