Cancel Your Amazon Kids+ Subscription

Manage or cancel your Amazon Kids+ subscription anytime from the Parent Dashboard or via your subscription management page.

The Amazon Kids+ subscription included with your Kids Edition device purchase renews automatically using your default payment method or another payment method on file at the end of the subscription period.

Your card gets charged monthly when your included subscription ends. To set a one-time email reminder three days before your subscription renews follow these steps:

  1. Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions and select Amazon Kids+.
  2. Toggle Remind me on the right side of the Current Plan.

To Cancel Your Amazon Kids+ Subscription:

Via Your Memberships & Subscriptions
  1. Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
  2. Select Cancel My Subscription.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Via Parent Dashboard
  1. Go to Parent Dashboard.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Amazon Kids+ Subscription.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Note: You can't manage or cancel your subscription from the Parent Dashboard mobile app (iOS/Android).Cancellation is only available through Parent Dashboard web.

On the Parent Dashboard mobile app, you can troubleshoot common issues and provide feedback on app features:

  • Within the app, visit More (bottom right).
  • Go to Feedback and Troubleshooting.
  • Choose the applicable options from the list (App Issues or Give Feedback).
