Cancel Your Amazon Kids+ Subscription

Manage or cancel your Amazon Kids+ subscription anytime from the Parent Dashboard.

The 1-year free subscription as part of your Kids Edition purchase gets renewed automatically on the default payment method, at the end of the subscription.

Your card gets charged monthly at the end of your Amazon Kids+ free trial. You’ll be able to set up a one-time email reminder 3 days before your subscription renews:

  1. Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions and select Amazon Kids+.
  2. Toggle Remind me on the right side of the Current Plan.

Steps to Cancel Your Amazon Kids+ Subscription

  1. Via Parent Dashboard:
    1. Go to Parent Dashboard and select Menu.
    2. Select Manage Amazon Kids+ subscription.
    3. Select Cancel Amazon Kids+ subscription and follow the prompts.
  2. Via Amazon Account:
    1. Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions.
    2. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the next steps.
  3. Via Parent Dashboard app:
    1. Select the More icon from the bottom navigation bar.
    2. Select Amazon Kids+ Subscription.
    3. Go to the Manage section and tap Cancel my subscription.
    4. Follow the prompts.

On the Parent Dashboard mobile app, you can troubleshoot common issues and provide feedback on app features:

  • Within the app, visit More (bottom right).
  • Go to Feedback and Troubleshooting.
  • Choose the applicable options from the list (App Issues or Give Feedback).
