Issues Installing Your Digital Game or Software
Installation not starting, not completing, or is resulting in an error.
- Confirm that your computer meets the system requirements for the game or software. Select the title of the game or software in Your Games and Software Library.
- Confirm you're using the appropriate installation process. Some processes require:
- The game or software publisher's external site or client (EA's Origin, Steam, etc).
- A separate account to activate or install your purchase.
- Restart your router.
- Make sure your OS is up to date.
- Confirm that your video drivers are up to date.
- Clean boot your computer, uninstall or remove any partial files, and retry installing the game.
- Contact the game or software publisher directly for additional help.
