Data Controllers

Our legal entities are controllers with respect to:

For Europe Core S.à r.l., operation of the Amazon.co.uk website;
For Amazon EU S.à r.l., sale of retail products and services, and provision of Amazon Marketplace (seller) services;
For Amazon Media EU S.à r.l., sale of digital content;

and

For Amazon Digital UK Limited, or for German and Austrian customers, Amazon Digital Germany GmbH, operation of our Prime Video and Amazon Music services.

Joint Controllers

Our legal entities are joint controllers with respect to:

Audible GmbH, for the operation of audible.de, audible.fr, audible.it and audible.es accounts together with each Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l., Amazon EU S.à r.l. and Amazon Media EU S.à r.l.
Audible GmbH and Audible Ltd. for Audible audiobooks on Amazon Music together with Amazon Digital UK Ltd. and Amazon Digital Germany GmbH respectively.
