Return Prime Try Before You Buy Items

Send back what you don't want before the end of your try-on period. You can choose from all available return options when you complete Checkout.

You can drop off the package at the return location that you selected during Checkout without seven days of the end of your 7-day trial period (the "7 Day Trial Period").

To return Prime Try Before You Buy items:

  1. During the 7 Day Trial Period, go to the order in Your Orders and select Keep or Return Items. If you have a problem with your item, contact us.
  2. After the 7 Day Trial Period ends, you can request a normal return in the Returns Center. Purchased Fashion items are still eligible for Free Returns on Fashion Items.
  3. When we receive all of your return items, we'll send an email to notify you. To track your return package, visit Your Orders.

Note: If you receive an order in multiple packages, you can return items in any of the packages.

If we don't receive the items you said you'd return, we'll charge you for them.

These items may not be eligible for deals or other discounts because you didn't buy them during the 7 Day Trial Period.
