Fix Unresponsive Luna Phone Controller
Fix lag, unresponsive buttons, or connection issues with the Luna Phone Controller.
Try these troubleshooting steps if the virtual controller on your phone isn't responding or there's lag when you press buttons.
- Connect your mobile device to a 5 GHz network, if available.
- Close the phone controller and then open it again. To close the phone controller, press and hold the Luna button
for 3 seconds. You can also press the on-screen gear icon and close the phone controller in settings. - Force close the Luna Controller companion app. Then, open the companion app and try connecting to your game again.
