Amazon Luna Controller Turns off During Gameplay
Fix your Amazon Luna Controller connection issues during gameplay.
If your Luna Controller turns off during gameplay, try these steps:
- Check your battery level - Open the Luna Controller companion app and check the battery icon on the home page. Replace batteries if needed.
- Check your connection.
- Cloud Direct: Move closer to your Wi-Fi router. Weak signal can cause disconnection.
- Bluetooth: Move closer to your paired device. Remove obstacles or other Bluetooth devices that may cause interference.
