Reset Your Echo Button in the Alexa App
If your Echo Button is unresponsive, unpair your device.
- Open the Alexa app
. - Select the Devices
icon. - Select your Echo device.
- Under Connected Devices, select Echo Buttons.
- Select Unpair.
Connect your Echo Buttons to your Echo device again.
