You might not be able to join an Amazon Family because:

  • The Amazon Family has reached its member limit: An Amazon Family can contain up to six members (up to two adults and up to four children).
  • You have recently left an Amazon Family or an adult has recently left your Amazon Family: You can only switch to a new Amazon Family every 12 months. You can rejoin your previous Amazon Family at any time.
  • You were invited to join an Amazon Family in another country or region: Family members must live in the same country or region.
