Why Can't I Join an Amazon Family?

You might not be able to join an Amazon Family because:

• The Amazon Family has already reached its member limit: An Amazon Family can contain up to two adults and up to four children.
• You have recently left an Amazon Family or an adult has recently left your Amazon Family: You can only switch to a new Amazon Family every 12 months. However, you can rejoin your previous Amazon Family at any time.
• You were invited to join an Amazon Family in another household: members sharing benefits must live together at the same primary residential address. This is the address you consider to be your home and where you spend the majority of your time.
