Check Current Audio Quality
Select the audio quality badge (SD/HD/Ultra HD/DolbyAtmos/360Reality Audio) on the Now Playing screen to view:
- Audio Quality - Current playback quality (varies by network and device).
- Song Quality - The highest quality available for that song in the Amazon Music Unlimited catalog.
- Device - Playback device and supported quality level.
- Output - Connected headphones/speakers and delivered quality.

Switch Between Spatial Audio and Stereo
Select the audio quality badge > swipe or select Atmos/360 or Stereo.
Troubleshoot Audio Quality Issues
- Distorted/muffled/distant audio: Switch to Stereo from the audio quality badge. Additionally, reset Equalizer (Settings > Equalizer).
- Stuck on SD / no HD: Set streaming to Best Available (Settings > Streaming Quality) and use stable Wi-Fi.
- General playback issues: Clear app cache > force stop > reopen. Additionally, update the Amazon Music app.
