Remove Paired Bluetooth Devices from Your Echo Devices with a Screen
Use your Echo Show's Bluetooth settings to remove previously paired devices. These steps also work for Echo Spot.
Note: Settings menu items for the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
- Say, "Go to Settings," or go to the device settings on your Echo Show:
- If you're using Alexa+, select the Menu
icon on your screen, and then select Settings
. - If you're using the original Alexa, swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings
.
- If you're using Alexa+, select the Menu
- Select Device Options.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Select Info
next to the device you want to remove, and then select Forget Device. Repeat this step for all devices you want to remove.
