Change or Reset Your Amazon Luna Parental Control PIN

Use the settings in your Luna app to change your PIN.

  1. Log in to Luna.
  2. Select Settings, and then Parental Controls.
  3. Enter your current PIN, and select Change PIN.
  4. Enter a new 5-digit PIN, and select Save PIN.

If you forgot your PIN, you can reset it:

  1. Log in to Luna on a mobile or desktop browser.
  2. Select Settings, and then Parental Controls.
  3. Select the Forgot PIN link.
  4. Check your email for the PIN reset link.
  5. Select the link to open Parental Controls.
  6. Enter a new 5-digit PIN, and select Create PIN.

Tip: If you are experiencing any issues resetting your PIN manually, contact customer service to reset it.
