AutoRip Songs Not Showing in Library

We add the MP3 files to Library within 48 hours from when the physical album ships. If you still haven't received your AutoRip content, check the following:

Note: AutoRip eligible preordered albums’ music is added to Library on the album's release date.
  1. Locate and review the order for the physical album in Your Account.
  2. Confirm that the item is shipped and sold by Amazon.
  3. Confirm none of the items within the order are marked as a gift.
  4. Select the item to confirm that the AutoRip logo is displayed for that album.
  5. Confirm that your country of residence matches the marketplace you ordered the album from.
