Alexa Alarm Doesn't Go Off

If your Alexa alarm doesn't go off or goes off at the wrong time, check the Alexa app.

  • Go to the Alexa app to check if your alarm was set to the correct time.
  • If you want your alarm to go off more than 24 hours later, try setting a repeating alarm.
  • Unplug your Alexa device and then plug it back in.
  • Check that your router is not blocking one of the ports Alexa uses:
    • 123
    • 40317
    • 49317
    • 33434
    • 443 TCP [HTTPS]
    • 4070 TCP
    • 5353 UDP
  • Check your firewall settings. If they're set to maximum/high security, lower them to standard/normal.
